Terms of service.

By booking onto any of our workshops, experiences or tours, you agree to the following terms of service.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we respectfully request at least 40 days notice.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation made more than 40 days from the date of experience may be refunded in full.

• Any cancellation made less than 40 days will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the cost of the entire booking.

• We will do our best to accommodate any request to reschedule the date or time of your experience if done so more than 40 days from the date of service. Reschedules will only be possible where there is space on an equivalent experience on another date.

• If you are more than 30 minutes late for your experience, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee may apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
